Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other detail into a search box, the query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Nantucket County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its receipt and use of the query.
Messages You Send
If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government order.

Advertising providers may use their own technology to follow activity across websites and tailor ads. That tracking takes place on their systems under their policies, not in a Nantucket County government records system operated by this site.
